NEW YORK CITY — BAM Labs, a strength-training concept with locations in Madrid and Mexico, will open its first U.S. studio at 150 Fifth Ave. in Flatiron this fall.

The 11,000-plus-square-foot studio will open on Nov. 30 and offer members individual strength-training stations equipped with the necessary equipment and an iPad for each class.
The system will track members’ weights, progress, injuries and movement notes from session to session.
