Warren County officials say the shutdown will significantly affect Chestertown but note that state and county workforce programs can help with resume building, job training, and career counseling for affected workers. 
• Rhetorical Named 2025 New York-Bred Horse Of The Year (paulickreport.com) — A New York thoroughbred awards ceremony highlighted Chestertown when Bank Frenzy, foaled at Chestertown Farm, earned Champion Older Dirt Male and New York-Sired Horse of the Year honors. The farm’s manager Gregg Falk was also named New York Farm Manager of the Year, underscoring Chestertown’s role in the state’s racing and breeding scene.
