The Rockland Transition Consortium, in cooperation with Rockland BOCES, would like to invite you to our annual FREE Resource and Transition Fair which will be held on Thursday, April 30th from 3pm-7pm in the Palisades Center Community Rooms (4th floor near the ice rink) in West Nyack. Support and information for NOW and IN THE FUTURE: For students of all ages with an IEP or 504 Plan, families, and professionals. No registration necessary!
Come visit the over 60 resource tables which will include a variety of organizations and educational institutions who will offer information and answer your questions. Learn about programs and resources available including recreation opportunities, advocacy, education, employment training such as job coaching, adult program options and MUCH more!
We will also have 8 breakout presentations on a variety of topics.
