They are the most unscrupulous and unprofessional company I have ever delt with. Not only did they sell me a generator during the hurricane at an exorbitant price. After it stopped working after 2 uses I was told by the manufacturer to bring it back to them to fix. They had it for 6 weeks and did ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT!!! Rick did not care at all about customer serivce or standing behind there merchandice. We finally had to pick it up and bring it to Home Depot.
