 Inspired by the classic 1930’s Bellini Cocktail, a mimosa-like bubbly that combines the essence of a dry champagne with peach nectar, Teresa Giudice from the Real Housewives of NJ created the fabulous Fabellini. Based upon early harvest, low-sugar Chardonnay grapes, this remarkable sparkling wine combines natural acidity with the rich, velvety flavors of summer peach and wild raspberry.
