Man Arrested For DWI After Commack Crash: Police
A drunk driver lost control of his Jeep and crashed into a tree Friday night, police say.

COMMACK, NY – A 59-year-old man was arrested on a DWI charge after he crashed his Jeep in Commack Friday night, police said.
According to Suffolk Police, George Montenes, of Commack, was driving a 2004 Jeep at Coconut Drive and Scholar Lane around 10 p.m. when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree.
Montenes, who was not injured, was arrested and charged with DWI.
