New York Falls to Connecticut in Little League Series

Commack South Little League beat Delaware on Friday to win the Mid-Atlantic crown, however, they were unable to win the title. Conn.'s Fairfield American team won the championship game on Saturday with a score of 5-3.

Commack South succeeded in representing New York at the Cranston, R.I. finals, and claimed the Mid-Atlantic crown with a series score of 3-1.
