UFC Gym Women and Kids Self Defense Seminar

UFC Gym Commack is hosting a two hour seminar for kids ages 5 and up and women in the basics of self defense. In the seminar, you will learn striking, ground defense and take down defense plus the kids will take part in anti-bullying exercises. You do not have to be a member to attend! Seminar takes place Saturday Sept 27th from 2-4pm. Come down to register for the event or get your spot over the phone. $25 in advance or $35 day of the event.
