Alva Vanderbilt-Belmont and Today's Women's Movement 2022
Maryann Maltese and Women of NYS Public Service employment are without "rooted requirements" in our Active and Inactive Employment rights.

Maryann Maltese is a candidate for Congressional or Statewide offices-dependent on Election Maps finalization of 2022. Why-because Maryann resides on the LINE of Congressional or State Senate District Formations. Let's Get on the Floor; Darling.
NYS Patronage is an At Will Employer; we are not Union employees with guaranteed rights if NYS doesn't legislate Public Service Employee; Maryann Maltese's employee rights. In NYS Public Service Employment; "The Hailey Case" of 1995 forced NYS Patronage employer to ensure contractual rights. Contractual rights provide Public Service or Civil Service (State Agencies) with the right to use their Date of Entry into Service Employment as the first date to secure active and inactive employee rights. In Maryann's employment files; as Maryann reached Tenured Vested for "Contractual Employee Rights" to set root-NYS has taken what we call; Mutuality-or Universal Rights among the Sexes and discriminated against Female Employees at large.
Alva Vanderbilt-Belmont; was a Property owner prior to marriage; well educated and a socialite who came to Suffolk County from NYC and found her way into advocation For "Votes For Women". Alva was the Chapter Leader of Western Suffolk; using her social status to encourage inclusion of Women of all backgrounds that supported the Voting rights of 1922 and she used their Summer Home; as her Head Quarters in Northport, NY. Anyway-visit the Vanderbilt Museum lately? You should if you love 1900's History and Architecture; and if you like to see the Wing of the House dedicated to Alva and her Voting Rights mission.

Today; 100 years later; Women are still advocating for Voting Rights requirements because without true Equality within Voting rights; Women who are registered to Vote-are being disenfranchised to Access to Election Ballot in Suffolk County. Alva was one of these amazing women; advocating daily for her right to Vote; and as a Chapter Leader in 1920-1922; securing the Right to Vote; ONLY in 1922-permitted Women to register to vote; But Not Run for Elective Governmental Offices. It was some 30 plus years late; that women appeared on Election Ballots.
Maryann Maltese was denied Access to the NYS Election Ballot in 2020 because Suffolk Supreme Judicial in Maryann Maltese v. Honorable Andrew Cuomo; Governor and NYS Board of Elections; 2020-01568; a Female Litigant in Election Law Proceeding-denied Access to Peer oriented arena of filing complaint on Election Law Criteria.

As a Mutual Professional in the field of Public Service and Political Processes for 30 years; that's Federal and State/Local Elections; it's discrimination of women's access to the ballot for 2 reasons; In the Same Election District; Assembly 12th; all MALE litigant Case in Election Law proceeding-was granted Access to Suffolk Supreme; Polenz v. Brown and in New York County Supreme for the Same election Period of the 12th AD; NY County Supreme (A different Supreme Count jurisdiction) also-permitted an Election Law case on State Elections to be Heard. Suffolk County's decision to not grant Maryann access to the Ballot is a continued Lynching of Women's non-access to protections Now in Present day; Voting Rights Act of 1964, 1965; our Protective Classes Rights to the Election Processes as a Citizen candidate.
I believe the Competitors (Major Political Party Candidates-All Males as well-Hand Selected by Party Chairpersons as well) thought I would file an Election complaint concerning "Petitioning Amounts of Petitioning Requirements to be Provided" to Suffolk County Board of Elections; but I located something much more profoundly deficient within Governor Cuomo's Executive Order of March 7, 2020; 202.7; eliminated Citizen Candidate (in my filing-Women A candidate's) Right to access to the ballot. Healthcare Pandemic or State of Emergency-never eliminates Citizen's right to the Election Ballot-it's Prime Democratic Principle of Democracy; founding father's institutional requirements as well and is the Theme and Broad interpretation of the Voting Rights Act of 1964-1965.
Instead of Suffolk County Board of Elections; Granting me a Hearing; the Court Denied Maryann-equal access to the Ballot and stated in their rendering; that If Maryann; continues to File as Pro Se; I will be arrested. Why-I have not been disorderly in my filing within Judicial-I representing myself in Civil Case where Legal Counsel is never Guaranteed. I; like Alva in 1922- have every right to represent ourselves in front of Judicial.
I have two different Forms of Judicial cases filed in NYS;
1) Election Law cases because Maryann as an Employee of NYS; is being discriminated against within her Public Service Employment rights to Active and Inactive rights.
2) Maryann additionally Filed Employment Jurisdictional Case concerning NYS Legislature as the Prior Employer in their Unethical decision making of Non-Introduction of Legislation for Employee (Mutual-Universality Rights-Contractual Law) Maryann in my Employee Right to Legislative Bill Introductions for my Active (Earnings) and Inactive (Retirement) service rights.
Because Maryann was denied her Employment rights unethically-Maryann; like Alva entered the Election Races of 2020 for Statewide Offices. In NYS's Forcible measures; NYS in their entirety is discriminatory against Maryann because; as an Employee of NYS-I have Employee rights already secured by my "Date of entry" into State Service. In 40 months-Maryann's rights as an Employee of NYS are intentionally stalled beyond the Employment Law procedural process within 30 DAYS. Again-it's 40 months intentional-non-compliances by NYS Policy Makers-that is NYS Elected Members of the NYS Assembly and NYS Senate. NYS-doesn't have permission to negate me of my Employee rights while Eliminating me of my Voting Rights Act Secured Right to Seek Elective offices.
These are 2 Fundamentally separate parts of my life and Losing one Judicial case; The Election Law case-doesn't PERMIT the same Entity-NYS; as my Employer with my PRIOR vested Employment rights to eliminate me of Active and/or Inactive employee rights-but it is occurring. After 30 days; at day 31 of any Employee being denied-Due Process-or Contractual clause rights; it's Employment Violations; after day 32-if the Same Employee is one of the Protective Classes-they too; have a Discrimination Employment Claim as well.
Better representation in Albany or US Congressional is required in Western Suffolk because Big Baby Bullies in Offices are using Unethical Measures in Processing Female Mutual Officer; Maryann Maltese's Employment rights. Alva had goals as well; she fought tireless to personally gain the right to Vote and in my opinion; Alva Vanderbilt-Belmont was the Force in Suffolk County that organized Women to understand the Foundational REASONS why it is Incredibly essential to Have the right to Vote.
I'm a Political Scientist by Trade; it's outrageous Public employer violations with intent to arrest me because I asked; Mutual Legislators-to Abide by my Public Service Employee rights of active and inactive service.
I have every intention of seeking Congressional Office as my area electeds' have Declared they are seeking Governor's seat (Souzzi and Zeldin).
Once again-Election District lines will be finalized by January 31, 2022-ratified by Mid February. With that-the Prior District numbers for Congressional and Statewide Offices will Change too for November 2022 Elections. To stay current; check out NYS Board of Elections website; the Election Calendar for details on Petitioning Filing requirements.
Alva fought hard for Women to have the right to vote-because ultimately-Alva saw bigger injustices in Suffolk County and Women needed to start somewhere. I believe; Alva had every intention of seeking Elective offices as well and because of the women Chapter leaders of 1920, 1922; it is Women like Alva; that paved the way; for Women to Run for Elective Offices-NYS wide.
Alva fed Suffolk residents issuing at her expense; Plates; 'Votes for Women", as her message to relate to Suffolk Women to encourage them; to get involved in our Civil Rights message. The message today at year 2022-not 1922; In Suffolk County- Women require two things:
1) Access to the Election Ballot In Suffolk County
2) Women's Earnings Equality must ROOT in NYS to ensure that Employers are in Compliance
Please share your thoughts because Alva and Maryann want you too. There is no Fear; unless you do not speak. Effective ways-email your NYS State Elected-these are the State Policy Makers to introduce Policy. If you do not see Policy Introductions on their Governmental Webpages; ask them Precisely-where is the Maryann Maltese Legislative Introduction? Legislation can be introduced while Employment Cases are filed at Judicial. The fact that NYS Legislature has not in 2022-is testament to those Electeds continued Discriminatory mannerisms.
Tomorrow, Monday, January 10, 2022-is the First Day of 2022 NYS Legislative Session. How wonderful ladies; let's do what we do best; EMAIL State Policy Makers for Immediate inclusion of State legislation and inclusion in the NYS State Budget that is to Pass hopefully on April 1, 2022.
Nothing like the Current-present time frames to Get NYS Legislators off their Butts and into "Formation" of What Women Need in Suffolk County. Alva would agree. Do you agree?
