🧘‍♀️ 7:00 PM Wind Down Wednesday: ABBA Edition

We'll start the evening with my usual Wind Down Wednesday yoga class, but this time we're adding an ABBA-themed playlist to get us into the Mamma Mia! spirit.

Expect an easygoing, feel-good practice designed to help you move, stretch, unwind and have a little fun.
And yes, you are absolutely allowed to sing along. 💃
Regular class pricing/registration applies for the 7 PM yoga class.
