Clemency v. Women's Earnings Equality in NYS-the Governor's Role

What's the better example to end the year off right? Women's Earnings Equality or more Clemency's?

Women's Earnings Equality-Shine the light-6 days and Counting.

The Governor of any State and the President; have clemency powers to right situations they feel in their Executive Privilege grants pardons. It is an Executive Right-what is also an Executive Right is to correct Employment Wrong or a State Error by Executive Order in Police State or in non-Police State Times.

Maryann Maltese is a Political Scientist Scholar; 33 years of Campaign Management-Federally and Statewide. Maryann additionally has 18 years of Communications Downstate Management Experience; along with Chief of Staff Title. Maryann's earnings during her tenure did not meet employment standards and NYS; declared to settle employment claims for the Women entitled. Maryann Maltese has an outstanding Employment Earnings claim with her employer-NYS Legislature.

In my Professional Opinion; NYS Legislature and the Governor should be focusing it's direction to support Female Wage Earners who have an outstanding Employment Claim because their Employer (NYS) has acknowledged their hand in wrong doing-issuance earnings legislative language must be drafted and/or it can be drafted in Executive Order. Why-may some ask during Pandemic is Maryann Maltese, a well versed Public Servant seeking her earnings during State of Emergency status? Quite simply; NYS is not Authorized as an Employer to continue to postpone or table an Employee's Employment claim that is pressing in nature. An Employee with tenure means we are in good standing; if their status is inactive-meaning you are not presently on the State Employment workforce-and not collecting a State Pension; NYS based on my request-which was declared in 2014 and recently-must be adhered too. Male Staff is similar capacities have not waited 7 years for their earnings corrective aspects to be finalized-that is discriminatory.

It's important to recognize Female Wage Earners who are bread winners of their families working hard or have worked hard in their Public service to NYS and as the Employer-NYS is in arrears to the Employee. The message this Christmas to value a Women's Service to New York State for her Employment Service Record of accomplishments. Clemency-Pardon's wrong doing-that should not be the only message this 100th Anniversary of Women's Rights. Women Earners with viable and real Employment Claims should have justice this end of year Christmas or Holiday Season.

2020; is the 100th Anniversary of Women's Right to Vote and issuing Maryann Maltese's Employment Arrears-sets the Light on Women of NYS who have contributed to New York State in positive ways. It would be an Honor; as a Public Servant to have Women's Earning Equality named after me for my years of service for New York State Legislature as representative of the millions of Women in New York State who have faced Employment Challenges within the last 100 years. By having Earnings Equality in State Code; claim processes for women earners with similar issues-then have an administrative process in NYS. Case Law isn't always Legislative-Agency Law and some women in NYS who may have won Employment Earnings Case Laws-does not mean that the NYS Legislature legislated the same result-leaving women at the mercy of Judicial.

I'm entitled to Corrective Earnings within the NYS Legislature; and Women who work hard; double hard-often receive less earnings in their employment roles. I was one of these Women too. I held 2 High Profiled Employment Titles in NYS Legislature and paid 50-60% less in Earnings. NYS in 2014; acknowledged their wrong-doing; but has YET to issue the Corrective Earnings to me and I have provided proof and evidence for NYS to perform their own Actuary Findings with my request. Women as Earners in New York State can not have true Earnings Equality if outstanding Employment debts are due to Female State Employees-this is the truth. No more delaying Earnings Equality in NYS-because as an Employer; the State must adhere to the Employment rules we set for ourselves and for the Private Sector at large.

There is 6 Business Days left in 2020; and as Clemency's are provided-it's imperative for Executive Order Language and Legislative Passage of Maryann Maltese's Earnings Equality Law because it vindicates women as Earners; that our Service and Employment contributions are worthy! NOW-that's something to Celebrate v. Clemency. Earnings Equality is what set's Women as Equals; so that Employment injustices are eliminated in NYS-this is what to Celebrate this horrific year for families and employment industries throughout NYS. To give Women a Process if they need State guidance to help them with their Employment Claims going forward. Morale in Employment Sectors is down; and before we provide additional Clemency's -NYS should put a huge "H" on their Chest (It's called Handle it-Maltese term!) and correct My earnings Claim for my 18.5 years of consecutive employment service to NYS Legislature-and in doing so-Women have Earnings Equality effective immediately. That is the Light and Agenda going forward in the 2021 NYS Legislative Session.

What can you do-email the Governor's Office; and local media sources to promote passage today and every day until 2021 Ball drops in NYC. You can reach Maryann @ maryann@cowharborrealty.com or maryannmaltese1000@gmail.com for questions, comments or concerns.
