Copiague Deli Shuts Down After Receiving 20 Code Violations: SCPD
The store manager and owner were arrested for promoting gambling in the store, police say.

COPIAGUE, NY - A Copiague deli was shut down and two of the store employees were arrested after a State Liquor Authority (SLA) inspection this past weekend, according to Suffolk Police.
The inspection took place on Saturday at the Copiague Deli on 1985A Great Neck Road at 9:34 p.m.
The Town of Babylon Quality of Life Task Force issued a combined 20 Fire, Building, and Code violations for the establishment. As a result of the violations, the deli was condemned and closed.

In addition, officials arrested store owner, 37-year-old Jose Cisneros, of Amityville and store manager 25-year-old Saul Cisneros, of North Amityville, police said.
Jose was charged with the NYS Tax Law for selling unlawfully stamped cigarettes, second degree promoting gambling and second degree possession of gambling records, police said.
