Deer Park Native Honored for Red Cross Work
Suffolk County Legislature acknowledges local resident for relief efforts on Long Island.

Deer Park native John Miller, CEO of the American Red Cross on Long Island was recently recognized by the Suffolk County Legislature for helping to alleviate suffering in the face of disaster.
Wayne Horsley, deputy presiding officer of the Suffolk County Legislature, acknowledged Miller and the American Red Cross for the role they fulfill each day. He said that Red Cross employees and volunteers provide invaluable services to our community, providing life-saving blood and offering the comfort of a helping hand.
