Deer Park’s John Quincy Adams and May Moore primary schools enjoyed a day of Halloween fun at the pumpkin patch, sponsored by the Parent Faculty Clubs. Students participated in the schools’ first scavenger hunts alongside the traditional pastime of picking pumpkins and then decorating them. JQA’s pumpkin patch event took place on Oct. 22, while May Moore’s was held on Oct. 27.
