Deer Park's JFK Hosts Author Notes

DEER PARK-NORTH BABYLON, NY - From Deer Park School District: More than 23 local Long Island authors were in attendance at an author evening last month, hosted by Deer Park’s John F. Kennedy Intermediate School in the school’s large gym. As students roamed around the gym collecting autographs and purchasing books, the authors spoke to them about topics such as obtaining story ideas, putting ideas down on paper, the research that goes into creating a book and publication.
