Eighth Graders in a Bag

Eighth graders at Saints Cyril and Methodius School in Deer Park bared their souls during insightful and interesting “Me in a Bag” presentations. Each student was tasked with bringing in a bag filled with the personal effects that sum up their lives, their faith, their families, hobbies, travels, sports, interests, pets and more. Ten or more items that each student felt were significant to him or her – and the reasons why – were as wide and varied as the students of SSCM themselves. It was smiles all around as each student took the floor and shared their stories.
