Freaky Friday or Friday the 13th? Women's Earnings Law Language?

On this 2020, November 13th-Freaky Friday-have you morphed into your daughter's or another female's body or has Michael resonated once again from the Cript to Chop the heck out of Women's Equality of Earnings Law in NYS?

Maryann Maltese, former Regional Communications Manager and Chief of Staff for NYS Legislature both State Senate and State Assembly-has been a strong advocate in her non-public service time "calling out" NYS Leadership to Implement Women's Equality of Earnings Law-or also known as The Maltese Equality of Earnings Law for the Women of NYS.

The 19th Amendment gave Women the right to Vote-which gave women rights in other areas of their lives; including the ability to finally be "Full Property Owners of Real Estate and their Financial Interests"-this is significant for Women. Too often; Property Managers took advantage of Women and their Rights of Inheritance because women before the Passing of the 19th Amendment were not legally permitted to have their Names as Owners. I know-Freaky and Crazy-no wonder why Michael resonates every year from the dead to try and hatched his Sister-Jamie. (a little humor-but a visual that resonates where Women Still Stand in Suffolk County and within NYS at large).

In 2009-NYS was the 48 or 49 State in the Union to finally allow for Non-Ground Based Divorces; meaning two partners (whether same sex or not) can now raise their Hands-and agree their Marriages have not been working for 6 months. Consummation aspects of Marriages (hanky pinky) no longer could be used as a Weapon of Destruction in pushing or extending time frames of finalization of divorces. This Trick-not a treat; often used to keep Women Property Owners in bad marriages-as how could you physically prove that there is no "love making" in the marriage or if there is-grounds issues that kept Marriage trials on the Court Docket for Years. Men-primarily had issues in ending marriages as they felt this "ground" meant they are no longer men-which is not the case-right?! Right! Elimination of the 4 major reasons to end ones marriage became easier to by-pass in 2009-when NYS finally signed on to The Marriage Dissolution Laws (48 0r 49) State to do so-finally liberating Both Partners from sharing ugly details in public court documents. Divorces are emotionally charged-and when one partner makes it miserable borderline insanity-that's when abuse sets and other laws of protection take impact. (That's a conversation over wine).

2014-Governor Andrew Cuomo-resonated from the Web of Michael's Friday the 13th Slaying and stated with WEP (Women's Equality Political Party-who endorsed his run for Governor)-on behalf of New York State; "I acknowledge that NYS has had a hand in providing inadequate-unequal Employment Contracts for Women in the Public and Private Sectors of Employment". Those are his words; and skeletal frame works created in NYS-but not enough Legislative Bill Enactment to implement the Processes needed for women who are entitled to receive justice (retroactive earnings where due or new present day procedural guidance measures required by HRA departments).

I announced my candidacy in 2020 for NYS Assembly 12th Assembly District; with implementation of Equality of Earnings as one of my platforms that I promised to carry out. As a former NYS Public Officer for the NYS Legislature; our Public Oath-prohibits us from speaking while in Service-but we believe in the State Constitution and that the Leadership as we are "not campaigning" but carrying out the Legislatures Messages. Now-I'm not in state service-but Tenured which grants me the right as a Political Scientist (UFT Scholar-Queens College-the Harvard of CUNY) permission and absolute right to ask Members or Legislators to come forward and "Implement Equality of Earnings Law for Women". Maltese is also a certified Substitute Public School Teacher.

I'm one of these Lovely Ladies-that NYS must consider as one who did not receive their Projected Earnings for Employment Duties carried out-and Veterans who have not received their Medals or compensation employment packages for duties carried out- understand me. A quick fact about me; I was selected to join NYS State Troopers-and decided to remain with the NYS Legislature. Like Police Officers-I carried my duty of service out; holding two employment titles at the same time-but earnings not added together as they were for Male Peers. It's so grossly unjustified-that after 7 years of Inactive Service; meaning I can reenter Public Service Life (like a Veteran) at any point-but my resume over looked or negated as a Candidate for NYS Legislature by the Party Chairman of the Democratic Party of Suffolk (invited, not introduced as mutual professional at the nominating meeting)-does not resonate fairness or unity purposes until Equality of Earnings Law is Implemented in NYS-The Maltese Equality of Earnings Law.

This year-the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment-sets the backdrop for Implementation of Women's Equality-Earnings Matters-aspects for Women at large but In NYS. NYS-can not sit back and state "We in NYS are the Pillar of Women's Rights-when we have Not Implemented Equality of Earnings Law or Retroactive Bill Languages where Necessary". By not Implementing the Process for Women-we in NYS are closing our eyes to realty before us. Women are only fully equal in their other rights when Earnings Performed and Present are Equal.

Join me; in reminding your State Legislators that Implementation of the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law needs enactment now as the Passage and signing of the Law will spread Equality of Earnings Requirements in all other Professional Employment Industries.

Once that occurs-then-Women are Equal in every aspect of life. Earnings is the most fundamental piece of the Freaky Friday (outer body experiences) necessary to correct injustices of the past "acknowledged" and set the precedence for the daughters we all have. I already waited 100 years-do you want to wait another 100 years for Equal Earnings Laws? I say-No! How about you?
