The Life Ahead-Sophia Loren's movie and where do Women Stand ?

Equality of Earnings for Women in NYS Implementation Measure and the Non-Movement by NYS issuance of Covid 19 Vaccines-are they related? Ask

Today in the New York Times; Sophia Loren @ 86; a Monarch of the Silver Screen takes on the Matriarch Role in the Netflix movie "The Life Ahead".

At 86; Sophia Loren; has witnessed close to 100 years of how women intergenerational have been casted and treated within society. The mission of the movie is to demonstrate kindness and compassion towards other women who must resort to Prostitution in order to make a living. It's an old tale; but with validity pressing into how 100 years later in the United States; women are still casted as such; Homemakers or Prostitutes. Why is it so hard for Mainstream American to accept Women's Accomplishments and to provide them with Earnings accordingly? Many of us have achieved Professional Successes within a multitude of industries-but Hollywood and Mainstream society choose to cast women in roles of suffrage; instead of fixing the societal ills by keeping women's earnings in the dark ages of Mussolini-A Fascist who did not believe in equality of earnings. Thankfully; the United States is a democratic form of government-where we expect Civil Justice and Equality of Earnings amongst the sexes and in roles that we are employed in.

New York State is still in the Dark Ages in Employment Earnings in 2020! Like Mussolini; a Dictator-pressing his agenda before the betterment of society-NYS leadership continues to take aspects of that type of mentality not always for the betterment of society; women are the victims. Without NYS finalizing it's mission-As the Governor has promised since 2014-Implementation of the process where Women who have Equality of Earnings Claims to be settled is stagnant. This is unacceptable in 2020; where women are in charge of their destiny, but not being paid wages for work accomplishments. Perhaps, the Governor of NYS; needs to watch "The Life Ahead" to understand why the urgency of Enacting the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law is relevant this year-so that Women's retroactive Earnings are paid out to those who still have employment claims. Prostitution is illegal in New York State; but forcing Public Officers to the brink of extinction by NYS not enacting earning settlements (not less in what they are owed-but finalization of their employment claims) is a Human Rights crime and promotes such issues as Female Prostitution or worse younger women feeling pressured to put themselves in harms way.

We are not Hustlers in Public Service; women of stature working along side Male Peers-paid less than them for the same work and NYS continues to rubber stamp it as Ok! Instead of implementing the claims "acknowledged in 2014" and settle the matter. By sitting back on the Womens's Equality of Earnings Settlement and not agreeing to COVID 19 Vaccines offered to NYS-it demonstrates a common trend in the Governor-pushing the framework of Women's matters once again to the sidelines while not working both sides of the aisle to help ManKind rid itself of Pandemic Plague-COVID 19.

Women are the weakest sex already documented by Medical Society in numerous ways-it's a fact-so I'm not required to sustain with documented sources as a Communications Manager-and 2014 the Governor (during other State of Emergencies which happen) stated "NYS acknowledges Inequality of Earnings of Women (especially Public Legislative Officers-Staff) and I will make good on the promise". It's 2020; Governor-You and I have worked multiple State of Emergency Orders; including Aids-HIV Pandemic, H1N1, 9-11 aftermath, Hurricane Sandy; and we carried out other demands of NYS-where is the Equality of Earnings Implementation Requirements and Settlements for the Women Public Officers of New York State?

Pandemic has only placed Women who are not medical professionals in further harms way; by ignoring it-tabling Equality of Earnings Again-that's no better than Mussolini-declaring what He believed government will do and what it is-not for the people-not for our People (Public Officers-Women). Governor Cuomo-you declared yourself our Leader in Public Service when you accepted the endorsement of WEP (Women's Equality Political Party); and received over 90,000 votes from Women in NYS-I'm one of the women that Voted too-when is our Resolve?!

19th Amendment is stronger than Covid 19 Pandemic. Stick with the first 19-Governor; you'll find your way back to Women and where our Needs are lying underneath the surface of Pandemic 19. How many Indigent Women have fallen victim to COVID 19 and has your office Cross-Referenced their Employment aspects-what are there earnings in present day?

Join me; today in encouraging Governor Cuomo to use his Executive Privilege (EO Power) to call Special Session of the NYS Legislature to finalize Women's Equality of Earnings Law (the Maltese Legislation) and to ask him to see if a Group of infected NYer's want to be involved in the pilot usage of the vaccines offered and rejected by him. I encourage Women of all ages who have their own personal story to email the Governor on why Implementation of Equality of Earnings in NYS is necessary; NOW (New Opportunities for Women). Without Implementation Measures-Women who reside in NYS-one of the greatest democracies-still don't have Full Employment Earnings Rights-100 years afterwards.

Maryann Maltese, Inactive Tenured-Good Standing-NYS Communications Regional Manager for NYS Legislature-18 Years; with over 30 years of Political Campaign Management with experience with State of Emergency Medical Pandemics presses the Governor to Act (no pun intended) was grossly underpaid for her New York State Public Service within the Legislature and has stood advocating for Real Changes for Women. Implementation this 100th Year of the most pressing piece of Women's Rights (Equality of Earnings-as Many of us are no longer the other category-Displaced Homemakers!). The Definition that NYS's uses of Displaced Homemakers; those women who are not in the employment arena paying or paid into Social Security-or did not earn enough employment quarters (40 or 10 years) to secure their own Social Security Retirement Benefits are considered Displaced Homemakers with a Small Salary symbolization for their household duties. In present day terms-Women are in the Workforce-but Implementation measures of Equality of Earnings in NYS has not been enacted to secure our settlements and to pave the way for the generation of women behind us. If we don't Implement it-the next generation will not have Equality of Earnings or be fully Equal by Law. Not next year Governor-This year 2020.
