Maryann Maltese for Congressional or State Legislature

Check out The Center for the Women of NYS; as they offer virtual conversations and today between 12-noon and 1:30pm; the first of 2022.

Maryann Maltese is seeking Elective offices for US Congressional 3rd and/or State Legislature 12th or 5th SD because Public Service Employee rights for women are at a High Risk of being tampered with. It's the Public Service-Civil Service Employers that set the precedent for other Industries to follow and the present issue that is important for Women in NYS; is Our ERA in Active and Inactive Employment.

I have the right to Vote; but I do not have the Right to seek Offices yet and in Western Suffolk it's definitive when a Judicial (Supreme Court of Suffolk) doesn't grant a Female a Hearing for an Election Law Complaint-but NY County Supreme Court did in fact agree to "Hear' a similiar complaint reasoning as in Maltese's Election Law filed. This denial of peaceful access-It draws tremendous inferences of where Women as Professionals and Women in Public Service employment are in reality- being treated in our Promotional and retirement lives. The movement is here ladies; Earnings Rights rooted in NYS with procedural processes required. This is what is lacking in Suffolk County. I'm going to Bring it-how about you?

I met my Employers Service requirements; and there should be NO Risk; but clearly those in Legislative Elected Positions are not trying-they are Implementing ways to avoid Vested interest rights of the Women like myself; who performed Employment services and are not abiding as the Employer with issuances of active and inactive rights promised to Maryann; as reflective of women in public Service employment rights. We are mutuals in service; but when intentional acts to eliminate an employee of vested interest rights occurs without justification-meaning one's committed a Felony while in service-which is absolutely not the case in Maryann's employment files-then it resonates Bias against Women in service.

Today; The Center for the Women of NYS is hosting a 101on Civil Service Employment Discussion as a series of needed discussions before April 2022 State Budget formation. I highly recommend Women join the discussion as The Center for the Women of NYS is a Community Based Organization and they offer a lot of different Pro-Women Need measures. We need to send a Message to Albany that Women employment matters are not to be directly tampered with. I took the Pledge of Charity in my Prior Public Service of 19 years; not the Oath of Homelessness in my service to result due to non-employee issues within tenure- but this is what is occurring as NYS as the Employer tries to eliminate Women's vested interests as an Employee after Meeting the Expectations and Time Frames of Service.

NYS Tier 4 required 10 years to be completed-I have 19 years completed-that requires Civil Service Public Service Employer Obligatory Requirements mandated. However; I as an Employee of NYS-never received that Employer Obligatory End of Service Memo-that's unethical business Practices. If no Employer internal aspect exists to resolve public service employee matter-then Immediate Legislation is required. Instead- NYS is stalling for 41 months unethical Employer breach and the rate of Interest Employer believes might be issued to Maltese doesn't meet Inflation increases on Long Island. The Median income to not be classified as Poor; according to US Census report and now also by State Agencies; is $90,000 per Individual. This number is confirmed by State of Housing and Community Renewal-as well as requirements of the NYS Homeowner Assistance Fund; that median income is $90,000 annually. NYS as the Employer needs a wake up call-today is one of the days to express your support in acceptable mannerisms. Get involved.
