" A New Day"- a President Joe Biden message and a theme used from my Campaign Slogans during the Election of United States Congresswoman Grace Meng. I was one of the Campaign Managers and Chief Scheduler for Grace.

It's practically 10 years later-and Women of New York State do not have Equality. In the Public Sector-the NYS Legislature-our women do not have Earnings Equality or Fairness of Earnings during Employment Contracts Issuance. NYS states they're an At-Will Employer-that's correct, but once a Public Officer "achieves" 10 years of service; Employment State Civil Service Laws take precedent over At Will rules. I'm one of these decorated Female State Public Civil Legislative Branch Servants tenured who was issued discriminatory employment contracts where NYS Legislature within their State Budgets of 2014-2017 Acknowledged their Role in issuance of discriminatory employment contracts. It's 8 years that NYS Executive Branches have not come into compliance as an Employer-which this week-the State of NYS finally phased in increases to Minimum Wages maximizing it to $15.00 but only for certain counties within NYS.

As President Joe Biden; overturns poor and abusive policies federally; it is essential and life required for the President to remind NYS Chief Officer-Governor Andrew Cuomo; to either Executive Order Earnings the Women of Public Service in NYS are entitled too for work performances (duties of service) provided to NYS; or Reach out to both houses of the State Legislature to introduce and enact the necessary legislative language effective immediately as NYS is in contempt of their own Acknowledgement. Encourage our Federal Leaders to see the New Dawn and encourage NYS to meet standards necessary in Employment Earnings.

I earned 50-60% less then a Man in similar employment roles-which was discriminatory in NYS's approach as the Employer. Now (New Opportunities for Women-that's what NOW Stands for); women of public service must receive their long over due earnings which will seal the deal for women in NYS to have Earnings Equality. Every year; the State Budget and the State Legislature decide if Women are still entitled to Choice. Why is that allowed? Why is Choice not permanent in NYS?

Because as a Sex; Women are still not Equals is State Statutory Law-permitting Legislators to keep us that way-without Earnings Equality-then Women are not inherently Equal in any of the civil rights already issued to them. Men do not have this Issue of Equality filtering through their lives. Pro-Choice and Earnings Equality in its Present tense is "One Vote only"-in the State Budget of 2021. My personal situation with NYS as the Employer is the catalyst it is the case to require NYS to facilitate passage of Earnings Equality (the 11th Amendment) within New York State Constitution! With it's enactment-Women have Equality.

It's the Women who have serve NYS within State Government; who are the Women due corrective earnings if discriminatory contracts were issued-evidence should always be provided on behalf of the female employee asking her Employer to review it(and that's any State Legislator in NYS-including the Present State Assemblymember Keith Brown and Senator James Gaughran-the Members who represent me in State Legislature). Why do we ask-because of ALL 3 of us; Gaughran, Brown, Maltese are State Legislative Public Officers and there is no reason for these 2 Legislators to not review-introduce Earnings Equality Corrective Legislation for a mutual FEMALE Professional in the field. By either of their offices not following through-they are contributing to keeping women inherently unequal in every aspect of a woman's life. 8 months ago I asked the Legislature to introduce the legislation that is the additive language to compensate me for Employment Service within POLICY-here I am-Still waiting as A Tenured Staff Member with profound Civil Service Rights to Corrective Earnings based on the prior issuance of discriminatory employment contracts issued by the NYS Legislature. Grounds established of wrong doing-but the relevant earnings I or any other Female State Employee with the similar fact pattern of tenured services already rendered-are the Women entitled to corrective earnings effective immediately.

Today and every day until Earnings Equality for Maryann Maltese takes impact-follow up with your State Legislators and the Leaders of NYS advocating for immediate passage because with the law passage-then Women have Earnings Equality and to be in control ensuring that Women receive the right hourly wages for work offered is so "crucial" and that is the key for women going forward to ensure that "Choice" continues to be one of our Rights. The Legislature due to the fact Women are still not consider Equals as Sexes in NYS Law-permits them to use that vote-Choice battling along with Earnings as to which right is more valuable to grant to women every single single session?!

That should not be the way at all! Earnings Equality and Pro-Choice are two vitally important civil rights for women-and until Women in NYS are granted Equality as a Class-as as Caste-the issues of earnings and pro-choice are woven. But what can stop this inhumane budgetary practices in NYS-is to Enact the Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality Law-NOW because women deserve Earnings that warrant their employment provided as a policy maker; and with NYS being required to do so-then Employers going forward must adhere-and Choice no longer as well is a pawn in the women's budget agenda.

It's not a joke and this session in NYS decisions of Budget are so important-but not at the fundamental rooting expense of sacrificing women's Core Civil Rights-Earnings as Equals.

Maryann Maltese has 33 years of Campaign Management for Political Candidates; as well as 18.5 Years of Professional Policy Making Experiences within the NYS Legislature as a Regional Communications Manager and Chief of Staff-entitled to Corrective Earnings from NYS Legislature. Maryann tossed her hat into the 2020 State Assembly 12th AD Race as the Delegate-the candidate not selected by Suffolk County Democratic Party's Leaders (5people who make decisions for a seat that has over 80,000 registered Democrats) and as a Female Litigant in Election Law Case; Maryann Maltese V. Hon. Andrew Cuomo and NYS Board of Elections-2020-01568-was denied as a Female to a hearing of her Election Law Complaint. Once again-no other female announced candidate for state office has been denied a hearing of review. The 12th AD Seat has been carried by Men who have consistently voted against WOMEN for 60 years. Denial to a Hearing in an arena (a court room) where mutual professionals can safely express ideas for judicial consideration; is a lynching and not to be joked about. Re-emphasizing just how vitally important legislation action to issue corrective earnings to women (Maryann Maltese) must occur.

Today-as Women are registered to vote in the 12th AD 2x more than Men-take a stand and email-or write to your State Legislators and advise them-that the 2021 State of State and Budget Addresses by Governor Andrew Cuomo-has not included corrective earnings for Women and it needs to be included NOW!

Last year-was the 100th Anniversary of a Woman's right to Vote-that action permitted any Woman to run for elective offices-but Women are Still Waiting for Earnings Equality in NYS to take Effect.
