North Babylon Academic Team Amazes
The North Babylon High School Academic Team will send a group of students to the History Bowl Nationals.
From North Babylon School District: Under the leadership of adviser Erin Casserly, the North Babylon High School Academic Team qualified a group of its students for the History Bowl Nationals following its impressive performance at the History Bowl and Bee at White Plains High School.
In addition, Matt Pecoraro was one of just five students in the country to achieve a perfect score of 100 in the United States History Bee, and qualified for the History Bee Nationals. Emily Guerra, who tied for second place with a 95, also qualified for nationals. Noah Rothstein placed second with a score of 91 to qualify for the Geography Bee Nationals.
