Congratulations to North Babylon High School 2020 graduate Esther Duclair on
being selected as one of 10 Long Island seniors to earn the title of Long Island Music Hall of
Fame “Student Scholar.” Additionally, Ms. Duclair was one of five students to earn the Hall
of Fame’s “Distinction in Music” award.

Ms. Duclair, who began her studies in music education at New York University this
fall, was recognized for her accomplishments during a socially-distanced reception on Aug.
10 at the Long Island Music Hall of Fame Mobile Museum.
“Long Island Music Hall of Fame is honored to have the opportunity to support and
acknowledge accomplished high school seniors who are pursuing a future in music,”
LIMHOF Education Chairman Tom Needham said. “In addition to following their own
dreams, we believe these students will encourage and inspire others.”
