North Babylon School Budget Results Are In

North Babylon residents headed to the polls Tuesday to vote on a school budget and elect board members.

North Babylon residents approved the district's $118,395,622 proposed budget on Tuesday by a margin of 827 to 282

The budget represents a 1.60 percent spending increase over the current year and a tax levy increase of 0.59 percent.

In the vote for North Babylon Board of Education members, both Paul Miller and Matthew Lucchetti were running unopposed. Miller received 691 votes and Lucchetti received 778 votes.
