Students at William E. DeLuca Jr. Elementary School in North Babylon wrapped up Pick-A-Reading-Partner, or PARP, celebrations throughout the month of March with special mystery readers. On March 26, Superintendent of Schools Glen Eschbach and Deputy Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction Kimberly Skillen joined students via Google Meet to read stories. Remote learners even had the chance to log in and join the fun.

Throughout PARP, students were given clues during the morning announcements to help guess who the mystery reader was for that day. Videos of the readings were then posted in the PARP Google Classroom to see which classes guessed correctly. Any class that guessed three mystery readers were rewarded with a bagel breakfast.
