North Babylon Students Explore Career Paths In Technical Theater
The students recently went to visit the Lincoln Center in Manhattan to meet with the center's lighting director.
From N. Babylon Schools: North Babylon High School’s light and sound crew for the school’s theater productions ventured to the Jazz at Lincoln Center in Manhattan to meet with the center’s lighting director Zakaria Al-Alami. In addition, students also walked a few blocks to Barbizon Lighting headquarters to meeting with Business Development Manager John Gebbie.
Students were thrilled to experience premier performance spaces and its equipment. The purpose of the trip was to have students meet with leaders in the field of technical theater to become knowledgeable in different career opportunities.
