North Babylon Students Take Part In Virtual Career Day Program
The virtual program connects students with high school alumni and other professionals in a small conference-style setting.

Eighth grade students at Robert Moses Middle School in North Babylon took part in a Career Day Inc. Program on April 23. The virtual program connects students with high school alumni and other professionals in a small conference-style setting to inspire them to be confident, motivated and successful in their future careers.

Students first heard from keynote speaker, Renee Flagler, executive director of Girls Inc. of Long Island. Then, they attended interactive breakout sessions to hear presentations from a diverse group of professionals. Following the program, students had the opportunity to apply for a scholarship by demonstrating how the program inspired action toward their future education, training or career goals.
