The North Babylon Union Free School District welcomes new Assistant Superintendent for Business Frank Bacchi and Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Personnel Services and Special Education Monica Manzi.

With nearly 10 years of experience in business and finance, Mr. Bacchi has worked as the business and operations administrator at Mattituck-Cutchogue School District,senior accountant at Western Suffolk BOCES and has spent more than half of his career in the private sector.
Mr. Bacchi earned his master’s degree in business at Duke University in 2011, following earning his bachelor’s degree at Farmingdale State College. Since graduating from Duke, he has served as a career educator at the university’s Fuqua School of Business. He also serves as an internship sponsor for Stony Brook University’s School District Business Leadership program.

As a husband and father, Mr. Bacchi is excited to make a positive impact in the North Babylon School District. Mrs. Manzi is equally as excited to join the North Babylon School District family. With a background in education, she has served as assistant superintendent for special education at Connetquot Central School District, director of special education at Bethpage Union Free School District, as well as a school psychologist with Roslyn School District.For two years, Mrs. Manzi has also served as an executive board member of the Suffolk County Special Education Administration Association. She is looking forward to building positive relationships and offering comprehensive support services for students and staff.
