North Babylon's Class Of 2018 Graduates
Congratulations to the North Babylon High School Class of 2018!

NORTH BABYLON, NY - Despite cloudy conditions, spirits were high as the North Babylon High School’s Class of 2018 celebrated its commencement exercises last week.
During the ceremony on Saturday while surrounded by friends, family, board of education members and district administrators, the students marched onto the football field to “Pomp and Circumstance.”
“The Star-Spangled Banner” was performed by senior members of the concert choir followed by North Babylon High School Principal Dr. Jonathan Klomp welcoming the audience to the ceremony.

Supervisor Rick Schaeffer was also in attendance and offered words of encouragement to the soon-to-be graduates.
Klomp and Assistant Principals Colleen Ligonde and Jeffrey Raymond shared some of the highlights and accomplishments of the Class of 2018 with the audience.

Board of Education President Bob Scheid presented four students – Matthew Pecoraro, Gabriella Borgo, Jailyn Buck and Michael Roller – with perfect attendance certificates.

Members of the board of education, along with district administrators, congratulated each member of the Class of 2018 as they were called to the stage to receive their diplomas.
After they turned their tassels, the graduates tossed their caps high in the air.
