NYS Legislative Agenda-A7121; Doesn't include Women
Maryann Maltese, NYS Licensed Sales Associate and NYS Public Policy Maker for 20 years-comments on A7121; that disinclines Women.

Maryann Maltese; SA licensed Sales Associate with Laffey Real Estate in Northport and a former Regional Manager for NYS Legislature discusses the importance of Amending language to be immediately included in A7121, a Legislative Bill on today's NYS Assembly Session Calendar.
A7121; DOES not include Women as a Class intentionally-permitting the Changes of Civil Rights Law to ONLY once again include Men's rights. "What is the point of the Legislation if Women are not included", said Maryann Maltese. Direct reading of the Bill specifically dis-includes women-showing that NYS is once again-hammering out Bill text that will only apply to Men.
Civil Rights of Men; last 2021 Legislative Session; received the ultimate gift in Transgender Legislation passage-granting every Male born; regardless of Sexual Orientation; NYS Human Rights and Leaving Out Women entirety. Companion Legislation should have been introduced or amending languages in Both pieces of Legislation; as Women's Sexual Orientations can not be legislated until the OVERALL Protective class of Women has foundation rooting in NYS, said Maryann Maltese. "Sexual orientations are second in Legal methods so for Women to keep pressing for Orientation aspects-before inclusion rooted; just keeps women matters on the back burner"; said Maryann.

Maryann Maltese is an announced Candidate for Congressional offices. A woman has never severed in Federal or State Elective offices in Western Suffolk. Suffolk as a region is intent is to deny Women foundational rights in Property and within Earnings Matters. Many believe that a Vote on the NYS State Budget for Pro-Choice Matters includes Earnings rights of Women-it does not, said Maryann. Because Women do not have foundation Civii Rights within State Government-as in Procedural Processes; we are consistently piecing together our Rights by filing jurisdiction claims in multiple State agencies and within Judicial; hoping that Judicial intercedes because NYS Legislators are NOT including Women as a Class in Foundational introduction of Legislations-such as A7121 above this 2022 NYS Legislative Session.
Facts and showing Voters in the REGIONS where NYS is focusing directives-proves my Claims over and over again; said Maryann Maltese. Women in Suffolk need to Ban together and understand that NYS is dividing Women's Movement into 3 different Sections of Umbrella Laws; the Right to Vote in NYS-which PERMITS a Woman; for example; Maryann-to seek elective offices; Right to Reproductive Heath Care-the Right of Choice and all the items that are involved with Carrying a Healthy baby and Aftercare-for the Mother (there is still longevity beliefs foundational that Women are Cattle); and Women's Earnings Rights. NYS Legislators are permitting Women matters to be sliced UP like a Pizza Pie and pressing the Notions that Women are not entitled to all 3 rights above discussed; again in State Law.

I'm a Supporter of all 3 and universality is required within NYS Constitution because within Regions of NYS-including Suffolk County-KNIT picking at Women's rights is consistent. I do not support KNIT picking at all; and will be seeking a Federal Congressional Seat. Why-because I'll introduce the toughest Legislation to ensure that New York State; meets DEMANDS of Women and then; no more KNIT picking Regionally will occur; said Maryann Maltese.
I live on the Line of 2 Congressional Seats; and no Matter where my Primary Address falls; Suffolk will have the best representative. I grew up in NYC-Queens County-a Part of Long Island as we all call it; and raised my family (2 Kids) as Single Mother for over 20 years in the Same House. I understand immediately differences of NYC, Nassau and Suffolk because I lived and worked in these areas. I feel quite confident in my reasoning to announce because even today; 3 years after seeking my NYS Legislative Employee Rights as a MUTUAL; I like many Working Mother's; we're being denied Universal Employee rights within my Active and NOW; inactive employee right to NYS Retirement Pension-that I already gave Service too-19 years. My Employer-NYS Legislature; is not permitted to do this-as an Employer-they have OBLIGATORY mandate to meet-such as Maryann's Mutual right to the 30 Day rule in Public Service Employment.
I was born Maltese-it doesn't mean Canine-it means one from Malta; but decided a long time ago; that Because NYS has not Legislated Women's Rights to be an Independent Democrat-I believe in the Democratic ideals of inclusion-not Chairperson only decision making as Suffolk in notorious for. Alva Vanderbilt-Belmont; is someone I respect because Alva realized early on the importance of good Quality of Life for all and Voting Rights was inspired and reinforced by Alva and Oliver Belmont.
Alva and Oliver's legacy is strong in Suffolk County at large; but sadly 102 years later; 1922-2022; Alva's mission to ensure that Women would be Included is lingering. I worked for the Incredible; Honorable Eileen C. Dugan; her vision that Built Brooklyn Waterfront as we see it today; will be also a main focus of mine. I have not hidden on my intent for the region. It takes the right movers and shakers to facilitate; and I have a proven track record of successes beyond any New Freshman Member in NYS Legislature of 2022 and Regionally.
Pay attention to where Legislators representing you are actually voting on-vs their "generic" support for Women's Matters that result in no results or changes required.; then the results in November 2022-will speak volumes, said Maryann Maltese.
