NYS Marriage Law now moved to 18-Finally-where's NYS Equality?

Yesterday; Governor Cuomo signed new age requirements for Women-we can not get married until age 18-is that what we are encouraging young generation of women to do? No it's not and why hasn't the Governor followed up with implementation of Procedural Process within NYS Equality Law of 2019?

You ever hear the saying; we built the Carriage before selecting a Horse? It's so fitting right about now because Cuomo understands the slogan and without Earnings Equality Procedural aspects within NYS Equality Law of 2019-Women in all industries continue to have Process within State Agencies to file Employment Complaints. Permission and ability to get married is second priority because we are encouraging our daughters to seek better opportunities within NYS. The Governor has lost site of full women's agenda need base declaring that as Women; we no longer are Required to be Child Brides-but you don't want to ensure my Earnings is 100 pennies for every dollar earned within the same Category of Employment.

Maryann Maltese; is a statewide Candidate for NYS Legislature 2022 because within her NYS Public Service tenure-under Cuomo's Lead; Maryann earned 2x less than Fellow Male NYS Public Officers and NYS has not "Retroactively Corrected" her earnings pay-a reflection of Women at large. NYS additionally continues to Deny Maryann-her As of Rights to Severance-which does Require NYS to ensure Proper Earnings for her Tenured Time (Already provided Employment) is Corrected before NYS can issue Maryann her State Pension. Maryann took Unpaid Leave for Family matters and NYS is required under NYS Family Leave Act, NYS Public Officers Law, NYS Employment Laws, NYS Civil Service Law to Reinstate or if the Employer eliminates that Former Job role-is required to Provide Severance. A Severance Offering From NYS; NEVER occurred-that's Breach of Employer-Employee Collective Bargaining Rights-even in NYS Public Service. NYS has stalled on Maryann's As of Rights. This Arrogance of Male Dominated State Legislators to deny A Fellow NYS Public Officer her As of Rights-is in violation of NYS Constitution and that's the Reason-Maryann Maltese announced for Statewide Officers.

Join me today and going forward to remind the NYS Legislature; that Young Women are not Cattle for Sale; but in order for Women to Live independent lives-Earnings Equality within Service and Employment is Required. Without Earnings Equality in place with Procedural requirements by Employers to follow-then how does Cuomo believe that Younger Women will be treated within Personal Relationships.

The leadership in Albany is Brain Dead-and now that I've been a Civilian for 7 years; it's crystal clear to me that Better is required and women in Suffolk County will no longer accept Systematic Discrimination by State or Local Agencies avoiding Procedural Processes; said Maryann Maltese.
