NYS State of State Speech today-Is Women's Equality Include

It's 101 years that Women have the right to Vote; but not Equality of Earnings-where do we stand in Suffolk County?

As today is the State of State Speech-the Governor's address for what his Executive Budget determines are priorities for NYS-where do Women stand? It's 101 years since Women received the right to Vote in the United States-but in NYS-in state code; Women are still unequal in the workforce. Without NYS directly enacting issuance language to rectify it's own Employment Discrimination Matters with their own Legislative and Executive Branches Staff-women in the private sector will not have the Equality they are in search of. Case Law where women in the private sector pursue different variables-does not mean that the decisions rendered in their individual cases (case law) does not imply that NYS has adopted these measures into State Code.

That has been the trend for over 101 years; and last year being the 100th Anniversary Year of the Women's right to vote-the most important element of a women's issues is having Equality of Earnings so that Women are not the victims of Employment Discrimination. NYS implemented Minimum wage increases to $15.00 in over 4 year staged planned with final implementation aspects to hit every single industry by the end of January 2021 without including the necessary legislative language to ensure "built in equality requirements for women of all colors".

In the Executive Budgets of 2014-2017; planning out a year a head; the Governor with the NYS Legislatures supportive votes approved broadband language of grounds that acknowledged New York State as the Employer in their "own hand in issuing discrimination Employment Contracts" to it's female staff. Many Women State Executive or Legislative Staff Members received Employment Contracts that undermined their workforce contributions to the State of New York and the Constituencies these women were employed to assist. Maryann Maltese, myself is one of these Public Officers who had 2 Employment Roles for the people of New York State; but only receive mediocre discriminatory earnings for the work out-put I provided to NYS. The previous budgets passed within the Women's Agenda-provides for women to submit notice (email is sufficient) within statutory state civil service requirements asking for the Employer (NYS) to review and based on evidence with cross referencing salary bases of "other tenured staff in similar roles and/or duties carried out" to receive the additional "corrective or back pay earnings" due with adjusted employment benefit withdrawals for the tenureship of service requirements.

NYS Legislative and Executive Staff-are bonded by the State Constitution while in service-and out of service-legislation to correct employment discrimination and/or required corrective back earnings is the employment process for public employees. Staff from the The 3 Branches of State Government do not need to file lawsuits against NYS as an Employer for corrective or backpay earnings because under our Employee Benefits and Public Officer Law-legislation is an ethical process. By myself placing NYS as my Employer on Notice-within 30 days the NYS Legislature with the evidence I provided MUST respond and within that duration introduce the Legislation to Correct Maryann Maltese's Earnings based on Equality of Earnings Laws within the NYS Budget Processes for our Women. NYS as the Employer does not have the option as an "at-will" employer to table this or push it off because of NYS's Acknowledgement of their prior wrong doing. The passage of this act; Maryann Maltese's Equality of Earnings law will not only provide me with fairness and justice for my employment services to the people of NYS-but will also require NYS to ensure Earnings Equality is finally after 101 years in State Statutory Code so that other women in other employment sectors have administrative processes to pursue. Women-then are finally in control of their employment destiny instead of marked as inferior as a class of people. I'm not inferior-I'm brilliant; that's why NYS hired me and I reached tenure of service within the Toughest "Precincts" of Government imaginable. It's the Executive Branches of Government where one takes charitable oath of service and when tenureship is met-those Employees receive the employment packages of benefits required due to tier status in employment. Now that NYS acknowledged their hand in Employment discrimination-due to my years of service and good employee standing MUST introduce the legislative changes to correct my earnings in the issuance of the additional earnings required as a form of acknowledged tort compensation.

As the Governor considers this morning his speech; join me in encouraging NYS to include Women's corrective equality of earnings Languages in the budget for Maryann Maltese as that Law is the umbrella that brings Equality to the Surface within State Code for other women rising up the ranks of Employment within industries of NYS.

Reach out to your New State Legislators and find out where they stand on the Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality of Law. Check in with Assemblyman Keith Brown, Senator James Gaughran, Senator Mario Mattera and ask them specifically-where they are in supporting their Fellow Public Servant's Earnings Equality Law for Corrective Earnings to be issued. These are the Members to discuss it with-as they are One of us now-Public Officers required to introduce Legislation or Support bills that support Governmental Employees. If they don't support justice for their own People-Public State Legislative Servants in Good Standing-then why are they Elected's? NYS is one of the Largest Employers of NYS-setting the trend for other Employers to follow. If they vote against us-then-where do they stand with Employment Benefits in the private sector?
