QuickChek Announces Opening Date For New Copiague Store

The latest store will open to the public next month. Customers will be able to enjoy several grand opening specials.

COPIAGUE, NY - QuickChek's third Long Island store is official set to open next month in Copiague.

The new 6,929-square-foot fresh convenience market at 1147 Sunrise Highway will officially open to the public on April 10 starting at 5 a.m.

The new store will be open 24 hours a day and will feature touch screens that enable customers to create made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and subs, sandwiches, wraps and salads and personalized hot and cold beverages exactly as they want them, any time of day or night.

Amenities will include no-fee ATMs; indoor seating for 12 people; eight gasoline pumps offering 16 positions for high-quality fuel at competitive prices; and 61 parking spaces.

The new store will create 40 to 50 new local jobs including eight management positions.

“We feel the design of our new Copiague store provides an excellent showcase for our high-quality, great tasting fresh food and beverage menu items as we continue to meet the ever-changing shopping and dining habits of today’s consumer,” QuickChek CEO Dean Durling said.

As part of its grand opening promotions, QuickChek will be offering free large hot coffee offered to all customers from April 10 to 22. During that time, the Copiague store will also offer 6-inch subs for $3, handcrafted smoothies and specialty drinks for $2 and two empanadas for $3.

In addition, the company will donate $0.25 for every sub, sandwich and wrap sold in the store from April 10 to May 9 to the Copiague Eagles youth baseball team.

QuickChek has been a past supporter of Copiague Community Cares, a community coalition comprised of parents, teachers, law enforcement, businesses, religious leaders, health providers and other community activists working together to make the Copiague community safer, healthier and drug-free.
