UPDATE: Missing North Babylon Man Found Unharmed

The 89-year-old, who suffers from memory loss, was last seen Tuesday afternoon.

UPDATE 8 p.m.: Fatuzzo has returned home unharmed, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing North Babylon man who suffers from memory loss.

John Fatuzzo, 89, of Hunter Avenue, was last seen leaving a dentist’s office located at 400 S. Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville on Tuesday around 1 p.m.

Fatuzzo is described as white, 5-foot-7, 185 pounds, with brown eyes and balding white hair, with a white mustache. He wears a gold watch and a small gold chain around his neck.

He was driving a red 1993 Buick LeSabre with New York license plate CAN 9391. Anyone with information on Fatuzzo’s whereabouts is asked to contact First Squad detectives at 631-854-8152 or call 911.
