State Senate Votes In-Who won?-Equality of Earnings Law?
As Election Absentee Ballots finally determined who won State Senate Seats-will New York State Women finally have Equality of Earnings Law?

Who's representing Women and our Agenda Rights in the New York State Legislature? Have you checked where your Legislator Stands on our Mission? State Senate Seats in Suffolk (2nd and 5th) and within the State Assembly (10 and 12th). For over 40 years-Western Suffolk County Legislators have not voted in favor of women's agenda issues; including equality of earnings law. Did you hear me?
As the absentee ballots are being counted for these Men and Women-Equality of Earnings law for Women the most important aspect of our lives to make equal salaries in professions we hold-and New York State is still in the dark ages when it comes to implementation procedural measures.
The 100th Anniversary Year of our Right to Vote-and Candidates as well as present Elected's have avoided sending out information on their direct positions of the women's agenda-but continue to advise us where they stand on Bail Reform for NYS.

How are Criminals or Felons ahead of Law abiding Women in the Employment Arena? This is something Voter's should be focused on. Women in the Employment World-less valuable-then those that committed petty felonies and do not need to be concerned further for Bail. That is what has occurred in the 2019-2020 Legislative Sessions for NYS. Leaderships pushing for Bail Reform-offenders before Women earning incomes receive more Statewide fairness-then Women's Rights.
Join me in emailing your State Legislators who presently represent you and those that ran for offices where they might not know if they won the election-but ask them-where do you stand on the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law which once Signed into Law; will bring the Implementation processes that women need to file retroactive employment claims. Women-100 Hundred years ag0; jailed and or chained fighting for the right to vote; but somehow; Legislators in 2019 and 2020 lost their direction in ensuring that Women of New York State have the implementation measures we need as New York State acknowledged would occur in 2014 for the State's wrong doing in employment deceptive practices; especially in the legislative branches. We; the women of New York State, with outstanding public service and tenure; are due retroactive earnings that NYS stated we would receive. Bail Law Reform enacted before Law Abiding citizens Employment Earning Claims- for those of us (women) in the Employment Arena. It's a bad Cocktail and legislative recipe for disaster as noted by many within the Judicial- after one year anniversary of Bail reform implementation.

New York State Leadership should bow their heads downward-enacting Bail reform prior to Finalization of Women's Equality of Earnings Law. That is the message for State Legislators holding out on where they stand.
Maryann Maltese, was denied access to the Statewide Election Ballot-12th NYS Assembly District because Suffolk Supreme Court did not want to "hear" the election complaint. Maryann is a Tenured State Legislative Public Servant with Outstanding Employment Credentials-18 years of tenure-strong advocate for women's earning equality law and is Pro-Choice. For Decades-the NYS Legislature has included Pro-Choice with Earnings Law matters; which for 40 years Male State Legislators (primarily) have voted No! This is why the implementation of the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law before the end of 2020-must be implemented so that Earnings doesn't become the bargaining chip once again denying our Rights of Employment Earnings.
Join me in encouraging present State Legislators and New Elected's to implement Maltese Equality of Earnings Law before the end of 2020. For questions or comments; you can reach Maryann; maryannmaltesefornysassembly@gmail.com.
