In planning the trip, their teacher and Education staff member, Rebecca Hirschwerk, chose to focus on paintings and how they affect children's emotions. Over the course of the lesson, students compared paintings and how each made them feel. In addition, students explored the museum, its history and buildings. “The class really enjoyed it and participated to the max,” Ms. Ceccarelli said.
