Students were challenged to be as creative as possible while still adhering to the LEGO figurine template. Using colored pencils, crayons and markers, they transformed LEGO silhouettes into self-portraits by adding unique features, including hair, personalized outfits and accessories. Students also added backgrounds to their drawings to enhance their self-portraits and bring them to life. Art teacher Christina Kampson was thoroughly impressed by the students' creativity and imagination.
