- Richard Finlayson, 24, of Farmingdale, was arrested in West Babylon on Dec. 7 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
- Flor Escobar, 31, of Lynbrook, was arrested in Babylon on Dec. 5 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Thomas Moran, 25, of West Islip, was arrested in Babylon on Dec. 5 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- William Field, 45, of North Babylon, was arrested in North Babylon on Dec. 5 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
