"Sunday is Fun-Day" at the YMCA

WHAT: The Great South Bay YMCA will host a “Sunday is Fun-Day” event, a fun and active day filled with group exercise, recreational activities and healthy refreshments for the entire family to enjoy. The entire community is invited to participate in these activities in an effort to promote healthy lifestyles among all ages. Activities throughout the day include lap swim, Zumba, yoga, Les Mills Body Pump and access to state-of-the-art Fitness Centers, Gymnasiums and Cycle Studios.

COST: Free to all. Membership not required.
