Thanksgiving Comes Early For Deer Park FACS students
Culinary arts students enjoyed an early Thanksgiving this year, prepping a full traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings.

From Deer Park Schools: Deer Park High School family and consumer science teacher Patricia Skjoldahl’s culinary arts students enjoyed an early Thanksgiving this year, prepping a full traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings.
This holiday cooking curriculum was highlighted by a visit from Associate Principal Craig Evans who provided a demonstration on carving a turkey, including preparation, safety, presentation and skills. Afterwards, the students sat for their very own Deer Park FACS feast.
