When will the town of Babylon get around to fixing West 23rd Street, they resurfaced 23rd street down at the dead end but never continued up past Westwood HOW COME ?
All or most of the streets on the west side have been resurfaced in the past few years but NEVER west 23rd WHY ?
Now the came and installed new water mains and made the street all bumpy and full of ruts and missing surfaces with holes and broken lumps of crap from Grand Blvd down to Westwood, and curbs are all broken up as well (but the town does not fix curbs). Now the winter is coming and it's going to get worse not better.
