Whealtley Heights Man Raped 2 14-Year-Old Girls After Snapchat Contact: DA
Prosecutors say Kemuel St. Juste used the Snapchat handle "k3mnyy" to communicate with underage girls, spanning December 2024- June 2025.
SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — A Wheatley Heights man has been indicted on rape and related charges after prosecutors said he used Snapchat to communicate with, target, and sexually exploit two 14-year-old girls in separate incidents between late 2024 and mid-2025.
Kemuel St. Juste, 26, was arraigned Feb. 13, before Acting Supreme Court Justice Karen Wilutis on three counts of second-degree rape, one count of second-degree attempted rape, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney said.
Tierney said the case outlines what he described as a pattern of grooming and sexual assault involving minors and Snapchat communications tied to the handle “k3mnyy.”

According to prosecutors, the first reported incident began in December 2024, when St. Juste “quick-added” a 14-year-old girl on Snapchat using the handle “k3mnyy,” Tierney said. Prosecutors said the two met Dec. 27, 2024, at a TJ Maxx in South Setauket, where St. Juste has been accused of having sex with the girl in a bathroom.
In early January 2025, prosecutors said St. Juste picked the same girl up from her middle school and had been accused of having sex with her again in the backseat of his car.

Later that month, when the girl asked him to get a pregnancy test for her, prosecutors said St. Juste attempted to force her to perform oral sex. The girl later told her mother after she believed she had become pregnant, Tierney said.
Prosecutors said a second case unfolded months later, in June 2025, when St. Juste approached a different 14-year-old girl at Smith Point Beach and asked her to add him on Snapchat using the same handle, “k3mnyy.” After she did, prosecutors said he communicated with her through Snapchat.
On June 28, 2025, prosecutors said St. Juste met the girl and drove her to a parking lot in Port Jefferson, where he has been accused of having sex with her. Tierney said prosecutors contend St. Juste knew she was a sophomore in high school at the time.
Investigators linked the two cases after the second victim reported the incident to police in January 2026, Tierney said. During that investigation, police recognized the Snapchat handle and connected it to an earlier complaint made by the first victim in February 2025, prosecutors said. Authorities then identified St. Juste and arrested him following that investigation, according to Tierney’s office.
At arraignment, Wilutis ordered St. Juste held on $750,000 cash, $3 million bond, or $7.5 million partially secured bond, Tierney said. He is scheduled to return to court on March 25. If convicted on the top count, he faces up to seven years in prison, prosecutors said.
St. Juste is represented by Scottie Celestin, who did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Authorities are asking anyone who believes they or their child may have been victimized by St. Juste, or anyone who recognizes the Snapchat handle “k3mnyy,” to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
