Where's is the Empire State on Earnings Equality Issuance?

The 19th Amendment issued Women's Right to Vote. Can December 19 be the date to issue Earnings Equality for Women of NYS? Yes-reach Cuomo

Yesterday, Maryann Maltese, Regional Communications Manager Downstate Region and Chief of Staff for the NYS Legislature for 18 years of practical experiences inside the Legislature and 33 years of Campaign Management for Federal and State Races-took to the (Northport) Patch to encourage Batgirls and Batguys to send DC Comic approach to Governor Cuomo and Members of the State Legislature-seeking information on the status of Earnings Equality for New York State. Today-I'm touching base with Deer Park, North Babylon and West Islip Super Hero's to spread the continued word of Earnings Equality for Women. Who is your SuperHero? Take a peak at yesterday's Patch article.

Now that we're reporting live here from the East Northport Bat Cave-as we are all social distancing due to Pandemic; anyone hear from the Empire State Top Villian or Top Super Hero-Governor Andrew Cuomo?

NYS is in employment arrears to Maryann Maltese; because during her State Service; NYS as the Employer underpaid Maryann significantly and in the Governor's acknowledgement of 2014; that Super Hero took responsibility for NYS's misgivings on issuance of sour web based Employment Contracts and declared Women (SuperHero's of the Legislature) would receive their "true earnings retroactively". Somewhere along the line-the Empire State lost site of what their mission is; to ensure that Earnings Equality is Statewide practice.

Maryann Maltese; super fly bat girl is one of these outstanding Women of Distinction (one of NY's own) as we call it in the Legislature and due to her voting approval rating while in Employment position as Regional Communications Manager Downstate Region and Chief of Staff at the same time-Maryann holds the State Title for 125 Assembly Districts in delivering voter approval ratings to 76% in the toughest precincts going. Maryann Maltese announced her candidacy for Statewide offices 12th Assembly District-but was denied a spot of the Election Ballot. Maryann Maltese v. Hon. Andrew Cuomo and Suffolk Board of Elections; 2020-01568 advised Maryann Maltese that her Election Law complaint asking NYS to grant her more time to be in election law petitioning compliance protected by NYS Constitution-Article 6 of 37 days to gather be extended-like all the other elections in NYS were extended-including School District Vote for Long Island. The Judicial stated; that Ms. Maltese's complaint was frivolous and stated that if Maryann proceeded in her Election Case pursuit-would be arrested or sanctioned in doing so.

Maryann, as a Tenured Respected State Employee of the Legislature also privately has an outstanding Employment Claim with NYS as her Employer-which the Empire State has sat on for 7 years. No male Staff Member ever waited 7 years for corrective Employment Earnings to be issued-and in the Court's decision (2nd Appellate) advised Ms. Maltese that she could not proceed with a Poor Person Judgement to file Court Forms-but I could pay an Attorney to do so. That is in the rendering of the Court's decision demonstrating that only the wealthy have access to the Ballot or Judicial during Pandemic State of Emergencies. That is the message Empire State Loud and clear. If Ms. Maltese isn't receiving her earnings; then how can Ms. Maltese proceed without Counsel? Election Law Proceedings although are Primary Court consider actions during State of Emergencies are not entitled to "free civil legal services". By the Court's rendering-it is a lynching to Maryann Maltese as one of them; State Employee who stood up to the Leadership of Suffolk County and even larger NYS.

The Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality Legislation will not only provide Maryann Maltese with her rightful earnings; but will be the catalyst to ensure that the Empire State- implement Earnings Equality in State Code so that Women Earners have an Employment Framework to look to when considering signing Employment Contracts. Right now; more than ever; Women are preyed on by Employers who offer mediocre Employment Contracts and can do so because NYS doesn't have Women's Earning Equality in State Code- the Federal Rules are not applicable to NYS Employment practices. it's this State Servant- BatWoman's mission as one of the Youngest Female Tenured State Servants with an Employment Claim to ensure that Women's Earning Equality hits the New York State Law Books before year's end-2020!

The issuance of Maryann Maltese's earnings sets the Empire State and Female Wage Earners in the best light going forward with the new 2021 Class of State Legislators. I'm so proud of my state service as I have helped 100,000 citizens and residents with issues across the web-spectrum spun-an accomplishment worthy of Implementation aspects NOW. I'm the example of a State Legislative Servant that has stood up to the Leadership in more ways than one-and had direct hand in policies formations and implementation in the best interests of New Yorker's everywhere. Anyone can have a Legislative idea to share- but I have implemented many on behalf of Legislators throughout NYS-and as such; the Empire State is required to adhere to NYS Employment Labor practices. My constituent service achievement is impeccable and NYS must adhere with Public Officer Employment Claims and not table it.

Join me today; as I am wearing civilian clothing (Bat Mask in Tow in Case) on December 19th-a date-that has significant relevance for me and my family as a Survivor of a horrific Car Accident as a Pedestrian in 2007-in fostering that a better Morale building message by New York State be associated with the Number 19. That message must be; Implementation by Executive Order (Andrew Cuomo) to issue the implementation aspects of Women's Earnings Equality in State Code during the 100th Anniversary Year of Women's Right to Vote. The 19th Amendment gave Women Property Rights as well; that it is no longer state required for any female to have a Trustee assigned to Manage Women's Property or Budgets. Let's send the message as Civilians or BatMan or BatWoman or those in their Super Hero Masks (photos posted on your social media, etc) to advocate for Justice.

The 19th Amendment also granted women the right to become Elected's of the Greatest Democracy in the World-as it's a Celebration year of the 100th Hundred Anniversary of Women's Right to Vote-Signing Equality of Earnings Law for NYS-or in State Code is required.
