BAM Announces 2012 Next Wave Festival Performances

Fest will include shows at BAM's recently completed Richard B. Fisher Building.

Brooklyn Academy of Music has announced the line-up for the 2012 Next Wave Festival, now in its 30th year.

The festival runs from Sept. 5, 2012 to Jan. 19, 2013, and features dance, theater, music, music-theater, nouveau cirque, film and multimedia events.

This season, BAM will present their first shows at the new 250-seat Fishman Space at the on Ashland Place.

Shows will include "Eclipse," featuring Jonah Bokaer and Anthony McCall, "Brooklyn Bred," curated by Martha Wilson and "Untrained," featuring Lucy Guerin.
