Brooklyn ARTery To Hold Classes Sunday

The Farmer's Market will feature classes held by Brooklyn ARTery's Susan Siegel.

The Farmer's Market will feature more than just its usual refreshing produce this Sunday.

Head to market to take classes in a variety of artistic endeavors held by Brooklyn ARTery, the artistic endeavor of Ditmas Park resident Susan Siegel.

 she planned to begin pop-up classes and an artisan market this summer. "...The artisan market will be on Rugby and Corteylou [Roads]," she said.

At 10 a.m., classes on animal balloons and mosaic murals will be offered; from 10:15-11:15 a.m., classes on cartooning and book-binding will be offered; from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. classes on vegetable and fruit print-making and origami mobiles will be offered; and from 12:45-1:45 p.m. classes on herbs and fruit infused drinks will be offered.            

Space is limited and spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to arrive on time.
