Brooklyn Bank Robber Strikes Twice On Valentine's Day, Police Say
A bank robber who has hit seven Brooklyn banks in the past six weeks ran off with $1,110 in cash on Wednesday, police said.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — A bank robber who has been terrorizing tellers across the borough for at least six weeks struck in Flatbush and Park Slope on Valentine’s Day, according to police.
The bank robber used a note to demand cash from a teller at the Citibank on Nostrand and Newkirk avenues around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, but left empty handed, police said.
He had better luck at the M&T Bank on Flatbush Avenue and St. Johns Place, where he stole $1,110 in cash around 3:05 p.m., said police.

This brings the bank robber’s tally up to seven heists in the past six weeks, said police.
He and a female accomplice have held up banks in Carroll Gardens, downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope and now Flatbush, said police.

It is unclear how much money the note-passing bank robber has stolen, police said.
Police describe the robber as a man in his 30s, standing at about 5-foot 7-inches, last seen wearing a scarf over his face, a dark jacket, a grey hoodie and knit cap.
His accomplice is a women in her 30s last seen wearing a dark puffy jacket and headscarf, said police.
