FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — It's time to decide who will represent Flatbush in City Council ... again.

District 45 residents will head to the polls Tuesday for a primary election less than one month after Democrat Farah Louis won a special election and claimed the seat left vacant by Public Advocate Jumaane Williams.

But if Louis wants to hold onto her seat in 2020 and complete Williams' term, she'll need to be re-elected next week and in the general election this November (although Tuesday's winner is likely to run unopposed, according to Pix11.)
