Flatbush Thieves Nab $13K And Flee In Van, Cops Say
Police are looking for three men who escaped their Flatbush caper by slowly driving a van down a Brooklyn sidewalk.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — A van full of thieves rear-ended another driver, stole $13,000 he had in his car and drove away down a Brooklyn sidewalk, police said.
The ominous Toyota Sienna rolled up and bumped a car parked on Flatbush Avenue near East 32nd Street at about 10:15 a.m. on Monday, June 11, police said.
Two men hopped out of the van and one punched the car’s 56-year-old driver to the ground as the other grabbed a brown paper bag stuffed with money and a laptop, said police.

The man who stole the cash and computer jumped back into the van, which drove away down a Brooklyn sidewalk as the puncher jogged behind it, police said.
The third man was eventually let back into the van and three men sped away northbound on New York Avenue, said police.

Police released surveillance images Monday night of the suspects, whom they describe as two men in their 20s, one of whom sported a dark hoodie and jeans.
