Village Community Boathouse is offering a free public rowing program in Prospect Park this summer. Although VCB's main boathouse is located on Pier 40 in Manhattan, VCB board members Sally Curtis & Rob Buchanan are Brooklynites and are working to introduce a rowing program in Prospect Park Lake.
