Mindful Mornings: a place to be
The holiday season can be filled with stressors ~ emotional, financial, familial, joyful, etc. Join us on Friday, December 20th and you will learn and practice
mindfulness techniques to use during the holidays and practices that can easily be incorporated into your daily
life. You will learn techniques including: breathwork, guided and
unguided meditations and emotional and sensory awareness exercises.
Take some time for yourself and prepare for the season by planting seeds
of self-compassion. From those seeds you will learn to steady
yourself, stay with yourself, manage difficult experiences and more
fully enjoy the pleasures of the season.
