Neighborhood Electrician - Alan Riback

I was having a cup of coffee with a friend this morning when Alan Riback, a neighborhood electrician highly recommended by our very exacting neighbors came by to swap out some lighting fixtures, outlets and a hardwired electric space heater. As the bell rang she asked "Is it Alan?" - turns out he'd done some work on their apartment as well.

From experience - it helps to have a list of stuff you'd like him (or any electrician) to take care of/look at so that you don't have to have them keep coming back - ends up being cheaper!
